Over 18 months, you’ll complete four rotations across different areas of the business, tailored to your interests and goals. You’ll work on real projects from day one, build your skills through hands-on learning, and grow your confidence in a supportive, strengths-based culture. You’ll also benefit from career coaching, wellbeing initiatives, and the chance to connect with leaders, peers, and other grads across the bank.

Eligibility

• To be eligible for the Great Southern Bank Graduate Program, you must:
  • Have completed (or be due to complete) an undergraduate degree in the past two years
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency

Key Dates

• Applications open in July
• Assessment Centre held in August
• Program begins in January
