Embracing diversity through involvement

Our Diversity and Inclusion strategy is greatly enabled through the progress of our Business Resource Groups (BRGs). These groups bring together individuals with similar interests to improve the colleague experience as well as to support key initiatives. BRGs invite and embrace the many elements of diversity to promote learning, advancement and engagement.

An integrated approach to enable our colleagues with tools and resources for holistic wellbeing by creating safe systems of work.

The Women's ERG is committed to fostering the advancement of women and building a corporate culture in which women employees are recruited, developed, retained, and promoted globally.

ANZ Green Team

A group of volunteers dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability initiatives at sites across Australia and New Zealand.

Our mission is to empower and support LGBTQ+ employees, fostering an inclusive and affirming workplace that celebrates diversity. Reconciliation Action Plan

Thermo Fisher Scientific ANZ has received endorsement from Reconciliation Australia for our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, to be officially published later this year. ​We have already implemented several key initiatives in this space including the creation of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) working group made up of colleague across the business, launched Cultural Awareness Training to all employees and have ongoing recognition and celebration of culturally significant events such as NAIDOC and Reconciliation Week.
